Gamdom Free Spins
Gamdom hands out free spins as drops, not as a fixed sign-up package. See where they come from, what they are worth and what wagering does to them.

Short answer
Gamdom free spins are drops to active players, announced on social channels and by email, each naming one slot, a spin count and an expiry date. There is no fixed free-spin welcome package. You claim a drop on the Rewards page, activate it in the game, and play it in a USD balance.
- Drops, not a welcome pack
- USD balance required
- Expiry date on every drop
Slots and games at Gamdom
View allA sample from the catalogue of 8,300+ online casino games, from more than 60 providers. It shows what the library looks like, not which games a given spin drop covers: the drop itself names the slot.
Which Games Count for Gamdom Free Spins
Every drop of Gamdom free spins is tied to exactly one named slot. The notification reads along the lines of "you have received a number of spins at a set value for this game", and you cannot move them to a different title. Gamdom does not publish a master list of eligible or excluded games, because the list is simply whichever slot the current drop names.
One slot per drop: the spins are credited to the game in the notification. Open that game and the spins are waiting there; elsewhere they do nothing.
Table games and live dealers are not the target: the reward cards describe "Free Spins" and "Free Bets" of a fixed stake, which is a slot mechanic. Live tables and the provably fair Originals such as Crash, Dice or Mines are not described as free-spin games.
Providers vary: the catalogue includes Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NoLimit City, BGaming, iSoftBet, Betsoft and others, so a drop may land on any of their slots.
Not every title is open everywhere: Gamdom's FAQ says that if the game is not available in your country, you should contact live support.
Internally Gamdom calls the spins "free bets", which explains the wording you will see on reward cards: a free spin is a bet of fixed size that you do not pay for. That matters for value, because the size of the bet is set by the drop and you cannot raise it.
What Gamdom Free Spins Are Really Worth
The face value of a free-spin reward is simple: spins multiplied by value per spin. A drop of 20 spins at US$0.20 each is US$4.00 of play. What the spins are worth to you is lower, because slots return less than 100% over time and because any wagering on the winnings has to be played through before they can be withdrawn.
The calculator below uses example numbers: 20 spins, US$0.20 per spin, 30x wagering and a 96% RTP slot. Change any box to match a real drop. These inputs are examples, not Gamdom's figures. Gamdom shows the actual wagering in each promotion's rules, and no wagering multiplier for free-spin winnings is published as a general number, so use the figure printed with your drop.
With the example numbers, the spins are expected to win about US$3.84. Playing that through 30 times means US$115.20 of turnover, and at a 4% house edge the expected cost of that turnover is about US$4.61, more than the winnings themselves. The expected balance left is zero. That does not mean you can never cash out: a lucky run can finish well ahead, and the bar only shows the average. It does mean a high multiplier on a small win turns a free reward into something closer to a lottery ticket.
Try 0x and 1x. Set wagering to 0 and the expected balance left equals the expected winnings. Set it to 1 and the cost drops to a few cents. The multiplier does most of the work in this calculation, which is why it is the first number to look for.

Spin drops are announced "from time to time" to active players. The Game of the Week promotion says that players who play through the week qualify for free spins on a featured slot, credited by Friday afternoon; the qualifying rule is not stated, and the promotions rotate quickly, some lasting only hours. Promo codes can carry free spins: the redemption message names the spins, their value and the game. The last two rows matter just as much. Pages that advertise a "50 free spins, no deposit" code for Gamdom are not describing anything found on its rewards pages.
How Free Spins Reach You and How to Get Them
Free spins at Gamdom are never credited silently. The rule on its Rewards page is that all rewards must be claimed there and none arrive automatically. The route from drop to played spins has four steps.
Watch the channels
Drops are announced on Gamdom's social media channels and by email. If you want to see them, keep notifications on and check the email address on the account, including the spam folder.
Claim on the Rewards page
Open Rewards and find the Free Spins tab, which sits beside Reloads, Rakeback, VIP Bonus, King of the Hill, Activity and Loyalty. The exact click path beyond that is not published, but the tab is where available spins appear.
Switch to USD
Free spins are playable only with the display currency set to USD. Press your balance, switch the betting currency to USD, then open the game.
Activate before the expiry date
The notification says to activate the spins in the game before the date shown. Miss it and the promo expires, with no way to extend it.
For promo codes, Gamdom requires KYC Level 1 before the redeem box works. Gamdom's terms also say one claim is allowed per person per promotional period, and one account per person, IP address, residential address, device, email and phone number, so a second account cannot collect a second drop.
Wagering in Plain Words
Wagering, also called playthrough or turnover, is the amount you have to bet before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. A 30x requirement on US$10 of free-spin winnings means US$300 of bets. Gamdom's terms put it this way: each promotion has individual conditions, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn, time limits to fulfil them, game or bet restrictions and minimum deposit requirements. The terms add that bonus funds are not real cash and may be adjusted, cancelled or expire if conditions are not met.
Free spins are always wager-free cash.
Gamdom says each promotion carries its own conditions, which can include wagering. Read the rules with the drop, not a forum post.
The 1x deposit rule is the same as a bonus multiplier.
Under terms section 4.1, every deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal, including sports bets. That applies to all deposits and is separate from promotion terms.
Rakeback keeps building while a deposit bonus is wagered.
Gamdom's rewards FAQ says rakeback is not generated while you complete wager requirements from deposit bonuses.
Two accounts mean two drops.
Section 6.3 of the terms on bonus abuse allows winnings to be reversed, bonuses revoked and accounts closed.
The maximum cashout from free spins and the list of games that count towards wagering are also not published as general figures. That is why the rules block next to a drop is worth reading in full: it is the only place those numbers live. If a number you need is missing, ask live support before you start spinning, not after.
Free Spins and Australia
Gamdom's terms and conditions list Australia among the countries where it does not offer services to people located in or resident there, and the terms say accounts opened from restricted places can be restricted. This guide describes how the rewards work as Gamdom publishes them, so Australian readers can understand the offer and read the rules. It is not a sign-up route. Online gambling services in Australia are governed nationally by the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and state pages such as Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory explain local rules and venues.

Because there is no AUD wallet at Gamdom, any free-spin value is stated in US$, and free spins only play in a USD balance. Amounts here in US$ are Gamdom's; amounts in A$ would refer to Australian figures such as bank limits, covered on the banks page.
Free Spins Compared With Gamdom's Other Rewards
Free spins are one reward type among several. Comparing them with the others, by what Gamdom publishes, shows why drops are the smallest and least predictable part of the rewards system.
Free spin drops
One slot, set spin count and value, per-drop expiry. Timing is unannounced and wagering is stated per promotion.
Welcome rakeback boost
15% boosted instant rakeback for the first 7 days, claimed manually on Rewards > Special Rewards within 6 hours of sign-up. It is a rate on your play, not spins.
Reload
Instant rakeback can be converted into a Reload, a 25% bonus paid over seven days, with the expiry set by Gamdom's rules.
Rakeback pools
Instant, Daily, Weekly and Monthly pools. Instant never expires once unlocked, while weekly and monthly pools expire if unclaimed in their window.
The practical difference is control. Rakeback follows your own play and can be claimed when it suits you. A reload is a choice you make. Free spins arrive when Gamdom decides, expire on the date set for each drop, and play only in the slot named. For an overview of how all of these fit together, the home page covers the full rewards structure, and the Rewards page on Gamdom shows what is live for a given account.
Checklist Before You Start Spinning
Most problems with free spins come from skipping something small. Run through these before you open the game.
- Read the drop.
Note the game, the spin count, the value per spin and the expiry date. The date is the one that decides whether the spins are still there tomorrow.
- Find the wagering.
Look in the promotion rules for any multiplier, a cashout cap and game or bet restrictions. If nothing is printed, ask live chat before you play.
- Set the currency.
Switch the betting currency to USD from the balance menu. Free spins credited in USD cannot be used in another currency.
- Complete KYC Level 1.
It is needed for promo codes, and identity checks can come at any point. Doing it early avoids a stuck withdrawal later.
- Check your set-up.
Know your limits before you start. Gamdom has deposit limits, loss and wager limits, session reminders and self-exclusion of 1, 5 or 8 days in Settings.
- Keep it in proportion.
Free spins are a small extra, not a plan. If gambling stops being fun, Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858, free and confidential, 24 hours a day.
If Your Free Spins Did Not Work
When spins are missing or will not start, the cause is usually one of a few things, in this order of likelihood. Work down the list before contacting anyone.
Wrong currency: this is the cause Gamdom's own FAQ names. The server also refuses free bets in a currency other than the campaign currency, so switch the betting currency to USD and reopen the game the spins were credited in.
Expired: each drop has an end date and an end date is required for these rewards. After it passes, the spins are gone.
Wrong game: the spins sit in the one slot the notification names. Another title will not show them.
Not claimed: nothing is credited automatically. Check the Free Spins tab on the Rewards page.
Revoked: campaign spins can be revoked by the operator, and a spin already used cannot be revoked. Terms section 6.3 covers abuse and duplicate accounts.
Still stuck: use the live chat, open 24/7, and give the game name and the time of the notification.
If you cannot reach gamdom.com at all, the status page explains what each error message means, and the about page shows where the facts in this guide come from.
Gamdom Free Spins FAQ
Does Gamdom have a free spins welcome offer?
No standing free-spin welcome offer is described in Gamdom's rewards pages. The welcome mechanic is a 15% boosted instant rakeback for the first 7 days, which is a different kind of reward. Free spins arrive later as drops to active players, each with its own game, spin count and expiry.
How many free spins does a drop contain?
It depends on the drop. Each notification names the slot, the number of spins, the value of each spin and an expiry date, and none of these figures is published in advance. Gamdom's admin settings cap a single campaign at 1,000 rounds, but real drops can be far smaller.
Why can I not play my free spins?
Gamdom's own FAQ points to the display currency first. Press your balance at the top right, switch the betting currency to USD, then open the game the spins were credited in. If the game is not available in your country, Gamdom says to contact live support.
Is there a wagering requirement on free spin winnings?
Gamdom's terms say each promotion has its own conditions, which can include wagering requirements, time limits and game or bet restrictions. The multiplier for free-spin winnings is not published as a general figure, so read the rules shown with the specific drop.
Where do I claim Gamdom free spins?
On the Rewards page, which has a Free Spins tab next to Reloads, Rakeback and the other reward types. Nothing is credited automatically: you claim the reward, then activate the spins inside the named game before the expiry date.
Do I need to verify my account to use a free spins reward?
Gamdom requires KYC Level 1 before you can redeem promo codes, and its terms allow identity checks at registration or at any later time. A free-spin-specific KYC rule is not published, so complete Level 1 early rather than when a drop is about to expire.
Can Australians claim Gamdom free spins?
Gamdom's terms and conditions list Australia among the countries where it does not offer services to people located in or resident there, and say accounts opened from restricted places can be restricted. This guide explains how the rewards work and does not describe a way to claim them from Australia.

Know the Terms First
Gamdom free spins are small, timed drops that reward active play, and the rules sitting next to each one matter more than the headline number. Read them, check the currency and the date, and enjoy the games at Gamdom responsibly.
